Biosar’s Training programs teach practical organic farming methods in easy-to-understand language. We focus on hands-on learning so that farmers and agricultural workers can immediately
apply what they learn.

Training topics include :

  • Soil Health Management : How to use compost, green manure, and bio-fertilizers to enrich soil naturally.
  • Crop Nutrition : The right way to apply Biosar products for maximum benefit (for example, mixing humic acid with irrigation water).
  • Pest & Disease Control : Using botanical sprays (like neem or sesame oil) and beneficial insects instead of chemicals.
  • Water & Irrigation : Techniques for using water efficiently while keeping soil moist and fertile.
  • Organic Certification Basics : Training on record-keeping and practices required to maintain organic certification.

These workshops are delivered through farm visits, demonstration plots, and group meetings. Trainers show farmers step-by-step processes (for example, how to prepare a tank mix of biofertilizer) rather than just giving theory. We also use local examples such as how a neighbouring organic farm managed pests and to make lessons applicable.

Benefits for participants :

  • Improved yields by learning to correct soil and nutrient problems.
  • Lower material costs by reducing expensive chemicals (using natural alternatives taught in training).
  • Empowerment: Farmers gain confidence to solve crop issues themselves.
  • Community building: Farmers share tips and successes in a group setting.

By simplifying technical concepts (keep it simple) and using clear demonstrations, Biosar’s training helps more people in the Indian agricultural community adopt modern organic practices. Farmers leave each session with practical tips (e.g., “Add 500 kg of Biosar Sampoorna per acre before planting kharif rice”) that they can apply on their farms immediately.
